Samosas are the nation’s favourite. These can make the perfect starter/canape or side dish. At Soho we offer a choice of savoury fillings – potatoes (veggie) or meat (lamb/chicken mix). All the fillings come with an exclusive array of herbs and spices to give it the added texture and taste. This product is handmade with the crisp pastry stuffed with your choice of fillings and carefully wrapped into a traditional triangular shape. This product is then fried to perfection.
You can also order uncooked samosas if you wish to cook them at home or store them in a freezer for a later date.
Pakora ‐ also called pakoda, pakodi, fakkura, bhajiya, bhajji or ponako, is a fried snack. Originating from the Indian subcontinent, it is a popular snack across the Indian subcontinent, especially in India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal. This snack is definitely a party favourite.
Carefully sourced Silver Hake fish cut into small pieces, this product is marinated in tandoori masala with herbs and spices. It is left dipped to marinate over night to allow for the juice and spices to work through the layers. It is then fried at high temperatures to retain the crispiness and the moisture. This fish has a soft feel and the flavours are second-to‐none.
These crunchy Paneer Spring Rolls are a vegetarian favourite snack sure to please both the kids and adults. Filled with paneer (cottage cheese) and vegetables and then carefully wrapped into a filo‐pastry, these rolls make a great snack.
Soho’s Sheesh kebabs are the most popular in the region. Offering a range of both lamb and chicken, these kebabs are handmade on a skewer and grilled on a charcoal to bring out the true taste and flavours.
Katlama is a Pakistani savoury item ‐ similar to a spicy pizza. This is a Soho special and falls within the category of best‐selling items. A meat ball wrapped in a chapatti pastry and then hand pressed and rolled to the desired thickness, gives this product the personal touch and authenticity it requires. The Katlama is then fried in oil to a golden brown colour giving it a crisp appeal. The taste is to die for!
